# What is Tracking Quota? 

* **1 shipment = 1 Tracking Quota. 17TRACK synchronizes and tracks 1 shipment for you. Only shipments with tracking details found will deduct the Tracking Quota. The order can be tracked on the tracking page an unlimited number of times.**

| 💡 Tip: Tracking quota will not be deducted in the following situations:
| No logistics tracking information is queried, i.e., the status is "pending" or "not found";
| Sending email notifications;
| Consumers track their packages on your tracking page.

* **1 Return = 1 Returns Quota. 17TRACK will deduct Returns Quota after review (including approval and rejection).**
