How to add a Tracking and returns widget to the consumer center?
I. Overview
To provide consumers with better purchase logistics tracking and returns services, we have added a logistics tracking and returns entry point to the consumer center. This allows consumers to more conveniently and intelligently view the Tracking or returns status of their purchased orders through the 17TRACK widget.
II. How to Set It Up?
Merchants can add the widget through two pages on the 17TRACK app: the “Tracking Page” and the “Returns” page.

Jump to the Shopify-order status settings page and “add app block".


Set the display of the Tracking page/Returns page button. Choose “True” to display it, and “False” to hide it.

III. Consumer Display Effect

Ⅳ. Note: To avoid having both a 17KTRAK returns page and a Shopify page in the personal center, the original Shopify return page needs to be turned off first.
