# How to install a returns page in your Shopify store?


# Overview

The Returns feature helps Shopify sellers create an efficient return and exchange experience, reduce costs and increase efficiency, retain customers, and reduce return losses.

# How to install

1. **Automatic installation**

Enter **17TRACK APP Returns => Returns page => Turn on** to choose Install to the header or footer

2. **Manual Installation**

If the Automatic installation fails, you can also follow the 3 steps below to install manually.

###### Step 1:

Copy the returns page URL

###### Step 2:

Go to **Shopify admin panel => Content** => **Menus**. Pick one preferred menu to add: Main menu or Footer menu.

| 💡 Tip: We recommend adding the returns page to the main menu of your Shopify store so your customers can easily find and use it.

###### Step3:

Click "Add main menu" and paste the URL in the link box. Now you're all set!
