How to uninstall 17TRACK?

To completely stop using the 17TRACK service and remove the app, be sure to follow the steps in order to avoid any subsequent charges resulting from an active subscription.

Step 1: Cancel Your Subscription Plan

You need to cancel your current subscription plan before uninstalling the app; otherwise, you may still be charged.

📌 Note: After cancellation, your plan quota will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle. The plan will not automatically renew after the cycle ends.

Step 2: Deactivate and Uninstall the 17TRACK App

After canceling your subscription, you can remove the 17TRACK app from your Shopify store by following these steps:

Log in to your Shopify Admin.
Go to 「Settings」 > 「Apps」.
In the list of installed apps, find 17TRACK and click the ··· icon on its right.
Select 「Uninstall」.

Once uninstalled, 17TRACK will no longer have access to your store data. All automated functions (such as order syncing, tracking queries, and notification sending) will stop. Your tracking page will also become inactive.
