# Learn about the merge tags of email notification

17TRACK supports the use of two types of dynamic content in both email subject and text. You can automatically insert personalized information into emails via merge tags. The system supports a variety of tags including customer information, carrier information, store information, and more. When sending actual emails to your customers, the system will automatically retrieve and populate real-time data for the corresponding customer, ensuring that every email accurately matches customer and order details.
