Loox 专为 Shopify 打造，通过可视化社交证明帮助品牌提高转换率并增加销售额。自动收集带有照片和视频的真实产品评论，并将其显示在精美、完全可定制的小部件上。17TRACK可通过传输至Shopify的运输状态，与Loox达成功能上的集成。

# 17TRACK 如何与 Loox 进行集成

### 一、打开向Shopify 推送状态

1. 前往17TRACK App，点击设置模块。
2. 在下方找到“推送订单运输状态”并打开开关。

|| 如您想要使用Loox进行邮件发送，请把下方“Shopify原生邮件开关关闭。



### 二、前往Loox进行设置

1. 打开Loox，进入Settings模块。
2. 选择左侧导航中 Collect reviews
3. 选择右侧模块中的 Review request timing.
4. 根据您的需要选择时间间隔，并且在第二个下拉菜单中选择“Delivered”
