# 【常见问题】保险服务迁移操作说明（17TRACK→Seel官方）

为确保保险服务平稳迁移、避免账单或保障中断，请您按照以下步骤完成 **17TRACK 保险关闭** 并 **迁移⾄ Seel 官⽅保险（Seel Worry-Free Purchase）**。

整个过程主要包含三步，操作完成后即可正常使⽤ Seel 官⽅保险服务。


## ${color}[#000000](步骤⼀、⽀付未结保费)

具体操作：

1. **进入运输保险 → 主页，查看是否存在未结清账单。**
* 若显示金额为 **0**，可直接跳至 **步骤⼆**；
* 若存在未结清账单，请继续以下操作。

2. **点击 查看交易明细，完成未结清保费的支付。**
注：在交易明细列表中，**⽀付状态为“未收取”**的账期即为尚未结清的保费。

**说明：**

* 若该周期保费已转交给保险方，状态将显⽰为 **“已收取”**；
* 若尚未转交，则状态显⽰为 **“未收取”**。

完成未结清保费⽀付后，请关闭当前的 **17TRACK 运输保险** 服务。

## ${color}[#000000](步骤三、下载并启⽤ Seel Worry-Free Purchase)

1. **安装 Seel 插件**
前往 Shopify 应⽤商店安装 **Seel Worry-Free Purchase**：[https://apps.shopify.com/return-assurance](https://apps.shopify.com/return-assurance)

2. **注册账号并登入**
安装完成后，注册 Seel 账号并完成登录。

3. **点击Apply申请使用保险**
登录后，点击 **Apply**，提交保险服务申请。

4. **绑定银行卡（首次必填）**
⾸次登录需先绑定银⾏卡信息，⽤于后续保费结算。

**储蓄卡（仅限美国卡）：**

* **推荐：**U.S. Bank, Bank of America
* **可⽤：**Wells Fargo, Ally Bank, TD Bank

**信⽤卡：**

* **推荐：**Amex, Mastercard, Visa, Discover

5. **绑定成功后，再次回到产品页面点击申请**
银⾏卡绑定成功后，请返回产品页面，再次点击 **Apply** 提交申请。

6. **请填写推荐码： YIYGWF**

7. **申请提交后，状态将显⽰为 Under Review。**
