# 关于Shopify Flow

Shopify Flow 是Shopify官方推出的自动化流程工具，集成17TRACK可以让您在其中选择运单状态更新触发器并用于工作流程中。

# 如何在Shopify Flow中使用17TRACK更新的运输状态

1. 进入Shopify Flow App
2. 点击右上方 Create workflow.创建一个新的流程
3. 在下方触发器列表中选择，17TRACK App。
4. 选择右侧的Shipment status update
5. 在图形中点击继续图标，再次点击Condition。
6. 点击右侧的Add criteria，并选择 status。
7. 在右侧窗口上输入您需要的公式，并填写相应的运输状态。详情运输状态见下方。

# 运输状态

| 运输状态 | 文本内容 |
| ---- |
| 收到信息：卖家已发货，运输商已承接货物。 | Info received |
| 运输途中：包裹正在运输中。 | In transit |
| 到达待取：包裹已到达目的地取件点，待买家取件。 | Pick up |
| 派送途中：包裹已到达目的地地区，快递员正在派送上门。 | Out for delivery |
| 派送异常：派送途中可能遇到了地址出错、联系不到买家等问题、 | Undelivered |
| 成功签收：包裹已由买家收取并成功签收。 | Delivered |
| 可能异常：包裹在途中可能遇到损坏、退回、丢失等异常情况。 | Alert |
