# **什么是查询额度？** 

17TRACK系统需要“查询额度”进行物流信息的抓取，运单被同步进入APP以后，系统会自动开始抓取物流信息。

* 1 个运单=1 个查询额度，17TRACK 为您同步和追踪 1 个运单，它消耗 1 个查询额度，并且只有查到轨迹的运单才会扣查询额度。已消耗额度的运单可在查询页无限次查询。

| 💡 提示：以下情况我们不会扣减您的查询额度：
| 同步运单至运单管理页面
| 已同步运单未查询到物流轨迹，即运单状态为“等待跟踪”或“查询不到”
| 发送运单物流邮件通知
| 您或者消费者在品牌查询页查询运单的物流轨迹信息

|| 📌 说明：在 Shopify 订单详情页输入运单号的已发货订单才会自动同步至 17TRACK 的运单管理中，如您在运单管理页面未找到您的订单，您可以检查订单是否已在 Shopify 履约。

# 什么是退货额度？

* 1 个退货单=1 个退货额度，17TRACK 将在退货审核后（包括审核同意和审核拒绝）扣除退货额度。

| 💡 提示：在退货中心跟踪退货包裹不扣除您的查询额度。
