# 编辑邮件模版时，模块无法拖拽怎么办？

在使用谷歌浏览器编辑17TRACK邮件通知模版时，可能会出现部分模块无法正常拖拽的情况。此问题是由 Chrome 的安全功能---"站点隔离” 引起，该功能禁用了来自不同域的某些浏览器功能。对于该情况，我们有以下2种解决方案。

1. **切换您的浏览器**

* 如果您是MAC用户，我们建议您使用Safari浏览器进行操作。
* 如果您是Windows用户，我们建议您使用edge浏览器进行操作。

2. **在Google浏览器内，取消“站点隔离”设置**

登录网址： [chrome://flags/#site-isolation-trial-opt-out](chrome://flags/#site-isolation-trial-opt-out) 
在右侧的下拉框中选择” 取消“设置。
