# 如何在消费者个人中心添加查询和退货小部件？

# 概览

**为了给消费者提供更好的售后物流查询、退货服务，我们增加了在消费者个人中心物流查询、退货的入口，让消费者更加方便智能的可以通过17TRACK 的小部件查看到自己已购买订单的物流或者退货情况。**

# 如何设置？

1. **商家可以从17TRACK App 两个页面进入添加小部件，一个是“品牌查询页”，另外一个是“退货”页面；**

2. **跳转到订单状态设置页，添加应用模块；**

3. **设置展示订单查询&退货按钮，选择 “真” 则展示，选择 “假” 则不展示；**

|| 📌注意：为了避免个人中心会有17TRACK的退货入口，又有Shopify的退货入口，需要先把Shopify原生的退货入口关闭。
