# 为什么同品换货会产生折扣？

| 💡 提示：由于 Shopify 的退换货接口参数限制，换货没有提供税费的抵扣参数，17TRACK 在提交 Shopify 创建换货单之前将税费用折扣的方式进行参数传递，避免 C 端消费者在换货场景还需支付税费。

### 在 Shopify 系统中，换货被视为两个独立操作：

1. 原商品的退货流程
2. 替换商品的新订单流程

### 总结：

1. Shopify 系统将换货视为新订单→税费重新计算
2. 17TRACK 通过折扣抵消税费，确保顾客在换货场景无需额外支付税费
3. 商家无需支付退款
