# 拆单发货的订单如何查询？

17TRACK 在抓取物流信息时，将以 Shopify 平台的原始订单数据为准。针对拆单发货的订单，系统支持以下两种查询方式：

查询前提必须先在 Shopify 后台为对应订单上传跟踪号，且该包裹已产生有效物流轨迹；（没有物流信息，后台将显示“Not found")。

1. **一个订单对应一个跟踪号：**一个Shopify订单履约发货只有一个包裹。17TRACK 将直接根据 Shopify 订单页面内的跟踪号进行物流追踪。

2. **一个订单对应多个跟踪号：**所有拆分包裹归属同一个Shopify订单下。追踪前，需提前在 Shopify 后台为该订单上传全部对应的多个跟踪号。

|| 📌 注意：使用 ERP 系统发货的卖家，部分“补发货”订单的跟踪号可能无法自动同步至 Shopify 后台。此类情况也需手动将补发货的跟踪号提前添加到 Shopify 后台，方可正常查询物流信息。
