# 最久能查询多早前的订单 #如何跟踪查询旧订单？

17TRACK 允许您跟踪查询Shopify店铺在7、15、30、60 和 90 天内发货的订单，且运单号及其信息的保留时长为180天。

操作步骤如下：

1. 在运单管理页面右上角点击同步订单。

2. 选择店铺和同步时间范围，以发货时间为准。

3. 手动同步根据订单数量可能需要 1～10 分钟，请耐心等待。

|| 📌 注意：
|| 安装我们的应用后，17TRACK 仅会将过去 30 天内已发货（已上传物流单号）的订单同步至后台进行自动跟踪。
|| 为避免发送已过期的邮件通知给消费者造成困扰，手动同步的订单当前状态不会触发邮件通知。
