# 同步后的单号多久能更新？为什么新同步进来的单号看不到查询结果？

单号同步至后台后，我们将马上就进行一次查询，如运输商已更新轨迹，则会展示轨迹

如运输商当前仍未更新轨迹，后续我们将按照每6小时查询一次的频次进行查询。

一直持续120个小时，如仍未查询到轨迹，后台将提示停止查询。您可以点击重新查询进行新一轮120个小时的查询。例如：大状态会显示“查询不到”，子状态为“停止跟踪”。
