# 如何集成gorgias？

通过将gorgias和17TRACK集成提供卓越的客户服务，并减少 WISMO 咨询次数。使客户支持团队可以轻松共享追踪更新并快速解决相关问题。

配置流程：

1. **进入 Gorgias admin → Settings → REST API**

2. **复制以下字段的数据：Base API URL, Username, Password (API Key)**

3. **进入17TRACK APP → Integration → 找到Gorgias → 点击Connect 按钮 → 将第二步的内容依次复制粘贴 → 最后点击Save保存**

4. **可以在 Gorgias admin → Settings → Integrations → HTTP 检测链接情况**

5. **可以从 Gorgias 票务系统直接查看订单状态，跟踪数据默认显示如下图所示**
