**17TRACK 的“同品换货”功能是 Shopify 应用商店领先的退货解决方案之一，旨在简化退货流程并提供卓越的换货体验，帮助商家最大限度地减少损失、减少摩擦并保留收入。从而为顾客提供卓越的售后体验。**


### 二、以下内容为17TRACK同品换货流程（商家角度/买家角度分析）：

###### 1. 从商家角度如何设置以及审批同品换货请求？

**步骤一：在退货-退货设置-售后方式里，开启“同品换货”的售后方式，开启后，消费者才能在Returns page看到”同品换货“的售后方式；**

**步骤二：消费者提交“同品换货”的申请后，商家可以在“退货管理”里查看退货申请；**

**步骤三：点击退货单，进入详情页查看退货内容进行审核；**

**步骤一：选择要换货的商品；**
