How to integrate gorgias?
Provide superior customer service and reduce WISMO inquiries by integrating Gorgias with 17TRACK. This allows the customer support team to easily share tracking updates and quickly resolve issues.
Configuration Process:
1、Go to Gorgias admin → Settings → REST API
2、Copy the data from the following fields: Base API URL, Username, Password (API Key)
3、Go to 17TRACK APP → Integration → find Gorgias → click Connect button → Copy and paste the data from step 2 → Click Save
4、You can check the connection status in Gorgias admin → Settings → Integrations → HTTP
5、You can view order status directly from the Gorgias ticketing system. The default tracking data is displayed as shown below.
