How to integrate Okendo?

The operating logic of this integration function is that when 17TRACK finds that the order track is successfully signed, a Okendo review request will be sent.

Here is the instruction

Step 1

Go to 17TRACK → Settings → **Shopify Status **→ enable the Order Status Auto-push feature

Step 2

Go to Okendo admin → Mail → Sequences → Edit/Create a sequence→ click the Wait block → select Start wait after Delivery → save your changes.

📌 Note: The Delivery Wait Time feature is only available for the Okendo Growth plan and above.
