How to trigger notifications under different conditions?


Notification Customization conditions: 17TRACK APP can set up specific conditions notification to achieve business automation notification, in addition to setting up notification of tracking status changes.


Feature Access: This feature is only available in the premium plan.


I. Create flow.




  1. Shipment delivery status: 8 major statuses can be selected;



  1. Order fulfillment status: 3 order statuses can be selected;




  1. Flow name: fill in the name of the corresponding conditions;



  1. Add filters: add other trigger conditions;



  • Up to 10 trigger keywords can be set; press Enter to save;
  • Shipping Duration: Maximum 75 days;
  • Tracking Update Time: Maximum 75 days;



  1. Delay sending: Delay email sending for a period when the rule is met, up to 30 days;



  1. Email template: after you finish creating the conditions, enter the email template editor to view or customized the email templates;



  1. Open your custom flows: After the operation is completed, open the corresponding created flows, the flows comes into effect;




📌 Note: 17TRACK supports a maximum of 50 custom flows.



  1. Featured templates content:


  • Shipment delivery failed: When a package delivery fails due to Recipient not found or Icorrect address, notify the customer via email to update the recipient information themselves.
  • Fulfilled: Notify the customer of the complete package shipping details when the last item has been shipped.
  • Partially fulfilled: Notify the customer of the package shipping details when some items have been shipped.
  • Unfulfilled: Notify the customer that their order has been confirmed after placing the order.
  • Unfulfilled - Split order: Notify the customer that their items need to be shipped in separate packages after placing the order.If you need to use bundled product conditions, please contact us for API integration first. Directly adding this condition will not trigger notifications.
  • Product Pre-order/Out of stock: Notify the customer that the package is being prepared if the order fulfillment status remains unchanged for over X days.


  1. Use Featured templates:


Can be notified directly using the default template;


Trigger conditions can be added to the default template: whether it is a bundled products / Whether it is a multi-parcel shipment;


Setting trigger frequency;



Turn on Your custom flows;



The customer receives the content of the email notification:
