Instructions for Migrating 17TRACK Worry-Free Purchase feature (17TRACK → Seel Official)
Notes on Smooth Migration of 17TRACK Worry-Free Purchase feature:
To ensure a smooth migration of your insurance service and avoid any billing or coverage interruptions, please follow the steps below to close your 17TRACK Worry-Free Purchase feature and migrate to the official Seel Insurance (Seel Worry-Free Purchase).
The entire process consists of three main steps. Once completed, you can start using the official Seel insurance service normally.
Step 1: Pay Outstanding Premiums
Specific Operations:
- Go to 17TRACK → Protection → Overview to check if there is any outstanding balance.
- If the amount shown is 0, you can skip directly to Step 2.
- If there is an outstanding balance, please proceed with the following operations.

- Click View Transaction Details and complete the payment for the outstanding premiums.
Note: In the transaction details list, billing periods with a payment status of "Unpaid" are the premiums that have not been settled.
Explanation:
- If the premium for that period has been transferred to the insurer, the status will show as "Paid".
- If it has not been transferred yet, the status will show as "Unpaid".

Step 2: Close 17TRACK Worry-Free Purchase feature
After completing the payment of outstanding premiums, please close the current 17TRACK Worry-Free Purchase feature.

Step 3: Download and Enable Seel Worry-Free Purchase
- Install the Seel Plugin
- Go to the Shopify App Store to install Seel Worry-Free Purchase: https://apps.shopify.com/return-assurance


- Register an Account and Log In
After installation, register a Seel account and complete the login.

- Click "Apply" to Request Insurance Service
After logging in, click Apply to submit your insurance service application.

- Bind a Bank Card (Mandatory for First-Time Login)
First-time login requires binding your bank card information for subsequent premium settlements.
- Debit Cards (US cards only):
Recommended: U.S. Bank, Bank of America
Acceptable: Wells Fargo, Ally Bank, TD Bank
- Credit Cards:
Recommended: Amex, Mastercard, Visa, Discover

- After Successful Binding, Return to the Product Page and Click "Apply" Again
After successfully binding your bank card, please return to the product page and click Apply again to submit your application.

- Please Enter the Referral Code: YIYGWF

- Status Will Change to "Under Review" After Application
After submitting the application, the status will show as Under Review.
