How to Restore the URL Inserted in the "Track Your Order" Button of the Notification Email Template?

If you accidentally changed or deleted the tracking URL inserted in the "Track Your Order" button while editing the notification email template, no worries, there are 2 ways to restore it:


  • If there are not many parts edited in the email template, you could restore it by clicking the button on the top part.

  • It can be restored easily as the following steps:
  1. Click the "Track Your Order" button.

  1. Copy and paste your tracking page URL as the screenshot shows.


  1. Add the following information after the tracking URL you pasted: ?nums={TRACKNO}.
