How to install a returns page in your Shopify store?


1. Overview

The Returns feature helps Shopify sellers create an efficient return and exchange experience, reduce costs and increase efficiency, retain customers, and reduce return losses.


2.How to install


  1. Automatic installation


Enter 17TRACK APP ** Returns => Returns page => Turn on ** to choose Install to the header or footer



  1. Manual Installation


If the Automatic installation fails, you can also follow the 3 steps below to install manually.


Step 1: Copy the returns page URL



Step 2: Go to Shopify admin panel **=> ** Content => Menus. Pick one preferred menu to add: Main menu or Footer menu .



Note: We recommend adding the returns page to the main menu of your Shopify store so your customers can easily find and use it.


Step3：Click "Add main menu" and paste the URL in the link box. Now you're all set!
