Send notifications to yourself


Notify yourself that exception orders can be handled promptly to ensure normal shipping and to improve customer satisfaction.


  • Enable/disable email notifications
    Notifications > Notify to yourself , enable email notifications as you need.




Tips: For orders under In Transit status, sub-status includes package collected, arrival at the port, and departure from the port will also trigger emails, up to 4 in total.
