Why hasn't my parcel moved for a long time? What should I do?

This can be caused by various factors.

Shipping service: this largely depends on the carrier and the service you use. Each carrier has a different timeframe for the delivery. Some can take up to 3 months to complete the delivery.
Custom Inspection: International shipping requires a customs declaration, anything that happened in the process can cause a delay.
International Shipping: If the parcel is coming from another country or region, the delivery time can be longer than domestic shipping.

What if the status doesn't change for a long time?

Ask your carrier or shipping service provider to confirm the status of your package.
Contact the shipper or the seller to get the information on the service type and delivery date.
