What time period of orders from the store will be automatically synchronized after first installation?


Synchronization time period for new users:


New users on 17TRACK will automatically synchronize orders shipped within the last 30 days from their Shopify store. Subsequent new orders shipped from the store will also be automatically synchronized to the backend for tracking.


📌 Note: The "Shipments" feature can only synchronize order data that already fufilled tracking numbers; it cannot synchronize orders that have not yet been fufilled (and therefore do not have tracking numbers).





Sync history orders


  • Click "sync orders" button in the upper right corner of the "Shipments" page.




  • Select time range(according to fufill time)




  • Manually sync requires 1-10mins according to order volume, pls wait patiently.


📌 Note: To prevent outdated email notifications regarding previous shipments from causing confusion for customers, we will not send status change emails for the first shipment status update received for manually synchronized shipments.
