How to track previous orders?

Click sync orders in the upper right corner of the Shipments page.
Select the time range, the shipping time shall prevail.
Manual sync may take 1~10 minutes depending on the quantity, kindly wait.

Note: When installed our App, 17TRACK only synchronizes orders shipped in the past 30 days (with uploaded logistics tracking numbers) to the backend for automatic tracking.

Note: In order to avoid the outdated email notification being sent, which may cause trouble to consumers, the current status of the manually synced orders will not trigger an email.
