How to track previous orders?

17TRACK allows you to track orders shipped from your Shopify store within 7, 15, 30, 60, and 90 days.Tracking numbers and the related information will be retained for 180 days.

The operation steps are as follows:

Click sync orders in the upper right corner of the Shipments page.

Select the time range, the shipping time shall prevail.

Manual sync may take 1~10 minutes depending on the quantity, kindly wait.

📌 Note: When installed our App, 17TRACK only synchronizes orders shipped in the past 30 days (with uploaded logistics tracking numbers) to the backend for automatic tracking.In order to avoid the outdated email notification being sent, which may cause trouble to consumers, the current status of the manually synced orders will not trigger an email.
