How long will newly sync orders get updated? Why does the newly sync tracking numbers show "not found" ?

After the tracking number is synchronized to "Shipments", we will immediately perform a tracking. If the carrier has updated the tracking information, the tracking details will be displayed.


If the carrier has not yet updated the tracking information, we will continue tracking every 6 hours.


This process will continue for 120 hours. If no tracking information is found after 120 hours, the backend system will prompt you to stop tracking. You can click "Retrack" to start a new 120-hour search.


For example, the main status will shows"not found", sub-status shows "tracking paused".
