Tracking Number Fulfilling

No matter what way you are using to fulfill the tracking number, as long as the tracking number can be fulfilled in the Shopify backend >> Order part, then the tracking number will be auto-synced to our 17TRACK Shopify app >> Shipments for tracking.

Carriers Selection

1.When you enter the 17TRACK order management page for the first time, you will see a prompt to enable dropshipping mode! This allows you to select your frequently used carriers more conveniently.

2.To improve carrier matching accuracy to 99.99%, here are some advice about adding frequently used carriers for drop shipping merchant.

If you are dropshipping on AliExpress, please add Cainiao to the frequently used carrier list

If you are dropshipping on CJ Dropshipping, please add CJPacket to the frequently used carrier list
