Will 17TRACK automatically track Shopify orders? What time range of orders does it sync?

17TRACK automatically syncs Shopify orders to the "Shipment" page for tracking. Automated mechanisms for significant savings in manual handling costs.

Note: For the first-time registration, it takes some time to sync orders and update tracking.

What's the time range for the app to sync in-store orders?

After you've registered, your store orders will be synced to 17TRACK for track&trace based on the time range you selected. Newly fulfilled orders will be automatically synced to the "Shipment" page for tracking.


Note: Only orders that have tracking numbers uploaded on Shopify can be synced to "Shipment" section, order that hasn't been fulfilled or without uploading a tracking number can't be synced.





##Sync previous orders
Click sync orders in the upper right corner of the Shipments page.

Select the time range, the shipping time shall prevail.


Manual sync may take 1~10 minutes depending on the quantity, kindly wait.

Note: In order to avoid the outdated email notification being sent, which may cause trouble to consumers, the current status of the manually synced orders will not trigger an email.
