How is the quota calculated?

Quota consumed
One dedicated quota for each tracking number. Repeated trackings cost no extra. The quota will be deducted only when there is tracking information found.



Plan shipment quota
Each plan you subscribed to has corresponding quotas, which are refreshed according to the package cycle, the set period is 30 natural days.| For monthly subscriptions, extra quotas are
available for tracking in addition to the quotas that go with the plan. (the unit price of the extra quota varies by plan)
Extra quotas are not available for yearly subscriptions.



Will the order continue to be tracked after my subscription expires?
For orders that already consumed quota, we make sure to track the entire shipping journey until delivery.
