How to change the subscription plan?
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time based on your business needs. The specific steps are as follows:
- Log in to your 17TRACK dashboard and go to the “Billing” page.
- Select the tracking quota and plan you need, then click the “Subscribe” button.
- You will be redirected to your Shopify store payment page. Click to approve the subscription.
- Once the operation is successful, the page will automatically return to 17TRACK, and the plan change process is complete.
Important Notes:
- Fee and Quota Calculation: Any fees and quota adjustments resulting from an upgrade will follow Shopify’s official calculation rules. The system will instantly calculate the amount you need to pay based on the price difference between the old and new plans and the remaining days in your current billing cycle.
The calculation logic for different upgrade scenarios is as follows:

- Effective Time:
Upgrade: Takes effect immediately, and the new quota will be updated in your account right away.
Downgrade: Will automatically take effect after the current billing cycle ends. Until then, you can continue to use your original quota and benefits.
Monthly plan billing cycle: 30 days
Annual plan billing cycle: 365 days
