How to change the subscription plan?

You can upgrade/downgrade/cancel the current plan according to your business needs. Wish you all the best and a prosperous business.

Note: "Upgrade" in the subscription plan will take effect immediately, but "Downgrade" and "Cancellation" will not take effect until the end of the current billing cycle. (Each billing cycle is 30 days).

Change the subscription plan:

Setting > Billing > Change plan
Select the plan and click "Confirm" to be redirected to your Shopify y store payment page.
After confirmation, you will back to 17TRACK and start the subscription plan.

Cancel the subscription plan:

Setting > Billing > Cancel subscription
After confirmation, it will be canceled.
