Refund Policy
Refund requests are accepted only within 72 hours of product purchase. Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances, including but not limited to:
- The tracking quota has already been used.
- The product is rendered unusable due to store configuration errors, third-party application compatibility issues, or improper operations.
- Changes in the business requirements or subscription plan adjustments.
- Voluntary cancellation or change of intent without any actual service defects.
In addition, the 17TRACK Shopify App provides a 14-day free trial as well as a free version for user experience. All paid subscriptions are activated only after users have explicitly confirmed and agreed to the relevant terms.
In accordance with applicable laws and regulations — including but not limited to the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, and local digital goods refund regulations — refunds are only applicable in cases where 17TRACK fails to deliver services due to technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or non-fulfillment of explicitly agreed contractual obligations.
