How to Subscribe to a Plan?

You can subscribe to a 17TRACK plan by following these steps:


I. Understand the Core Concept: Tracking Quota


Before subscribing, it is recommended that you understand the core component of a plan—the Tracking Quota. It is the quota consumed when you track packages.

II. Subscription Steps


  1. Access the Billing Page

Log in to your 17TRACK admin panel and click on Billing in the left navigation bar.


  1. Select a Plan and Complete Payment

On the Billing page, choose your desired subscription plan and click "Pay now". You will then be redirected to your Shopify store's payment page to complete the transaction. After successful payment, you will be automatically redirected back to 17TRACK, and your new plan subscription will be active.






III. Important Rules


📌 Effective Rules:


  • New Subscription & Upgrade: Take effect immediately. New quotas and features become available instantly.
  • Downgrade or Cancellation: Will take effect automatically at the end of the current billing cycle. Before it takes effect, you can continue using your original quotas and features.


📅 Billing Cycle:


  • Monthly Plan: The billing cycle is 30 days.
  • Annual Plan: The billing cycle is 365 days.


IV. How to Choose the Right Plan?


On the plan selection page, you can carefully compare the features of different versions to choose the plan that best fits your business needs.
