How to add the Tracking and Returns widget to the consumer center
Overview
To improve consumers’ logistics tracking and returns experience, we have added a dedicated entry point in the consumer center. Through the 17TRACK widget, consumers can now more conveniently and intelligently view the tracking or returns status of their orders.
How to Set It Up?
- Merchants can add the widget through two pages on the 17TRACK App: the "Tracking Page" and the "Returns Page".


- Jump to the Shopify order status settings page and click "Add app block."


- Set the display of the Tracking page and Returns page buttons. Choose "True" to display them, or "False" to hide them.
