What Information Is Displayed in the Tracking page Results?
When your customers check their orders via the Tracking page, 17TRACK will automatically provide comprehensive logistics status and tracking details for that shipment.
The key information visible to customers includes:
I. Core Logistics Status
- Tracking Number: The tracking number used for the query.
- Primary Status: Key milestones such as "In Transit" or "Delivered".
- Sub-status: More detailed status descriptions (e.g., "Arrived at Sorting Center").
- Transit Time: The estimated total duration from dispatch to delivery.
- Estimated Delivery Date (EDD):
The system displays the estimated delivery date based on the following priority:
- Carrier-provided EDD (more authoritative, displayed first)
- Your custom EDD (displayed when carrier does not provide one)
II. Detailed Tracking Timeline
- Complete Timeline: All logistics checkpoints and operation times from dispatch to delivery.
- Origin & Destination: The shipment's country of origin and destination country.
- Carrier Information: Includes the origin carrier, destination carrier, and their contact details.
III. Associated Order & Product Information
- Order Information: Can display related details such as the store's order number.
- Product Information: Can show basic information about the purchased item(s) (e.g., product image, name).

IV. Notes on Special Cases
- Split Shipments: If one order is shipped in multiple packages, querying with the original order number will display all shipped packages simultaneously, along with their respective logistics statuses.
