When does the order status update?
17TRACK automatically gets the latest tracking info from the carriers every 6-12 hours.
Tip：If the status shows "Not Found", it usually means the deliveryman hasn't had any info related to the package yet. Also, please do check if the number is correct or not. You can contact your deliveryman for that. Meanwhile, 17TRACK will keep tracking the order for you, until the deliveryman updates the information on their system.
