Refund Policy

Refund requests are accepted only within 72 hours of product purchase. Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances, including but not limited to:


  1. The tracking quota has already been used.
  2. The product is rendered unusable due to store configuration errors, third-party application compatibility issues, or improper operations.
  3. Changes in the business requirements or subscription plan adjustments.
  4. Voluntary cancellation or change of intent without any actual service defects.


In addition, the 17TRACK Shopify App provides a 14-day free trial as well as a free version for user experience. All paid subscriptions are activated only after users have explicitly confirmed and agreed to the relevant terms.

In accordance with applicable laws and regulations — including but not limited to the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, and local digital goods refund regulations — refunds are only applicable in cases where 17TRACK fails to deliver services due to technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or non-fulfillment of explicitly agreed contractual obligations.
