How is the returns charged?

I. How is the Return Quota Calculated?

Return quotas are deducted separately and are calculated differently from the tracking quotas. If you need to process returns, you must first obtain a return quota.

Conversion Unit: 1 return order (1 RMA ID) = 1 return quota.
Scope of Application: Applies to Shopify return orders using the 17TRACK Returns feature.
Deduction Timing: The quota is deducted after each return order is reviewed (either approved or rejected). Manual orders created by merchants are considered approved immediately and will also incur a deduction.
Quota Validity Period: The quota is valid for the duration of the billing plan cycle and will expire when the plan ends.

II. Plan.

Tracking and Returns share the same plan. There are two sets of plan subscription SKUs:

SKU1:Purchasing only Tracking, 17TRACK will provide a 5% return quota based on the tracking quota, and the plan price is consistent with the existing plans.
For example, if you purchase a monthly Pro subscription with 1000 Trackings, 17TRACK will automatically provide a 5% (50) returns quota monthly.


SKU2: Purchasing both Tracking+Returns, which is equivalent to a value-added package. The plan price is the sum of the Tracking plan price and the Returns plan price.

III. Can I Get Free Return Quotas?

To ensure you have the best experience with our Returns feature, 17TRACK will offer different return quotas based on your chosen plan.

Free Plan: In addition to the 50 free tracking quotas, the free plan also includes 5 free return quotas.



Paid Plans: Returns quotas are calculated as 5% of the tracking quotas in your subscribed plan.
For example: If you subscribe to the $9 Basic Plan with 200 tracking quotas, the free returns quotas = 200 * 5% = 10 returns quotas.



Note: Different plans offer different levels of support for the Returns feature. Please choose the plan that best suits your needs.

IV. What to Do When Return Quotas are Insufficient?

When your return quotas are insufficient, you will see a corresponding notification on your returns page:




You can:

Subscribe to an upgrade (by purchasing the value-added Tracking+Returns plan, you don’t need to purchase it repeatedly every month).



Purchase a top-up pack (if you have already purchased a Tracking+Returns plan, you can additionally purchase a top-up pack).




NOTE: The purchase limit for the returns top-up pack is calculated as follows:
Purchase Returns quota Limit = Maximum returns quota allowed by the current plan - returns quota already purchased under the current plan.
For example, under the $9 basic plan with a 200 tracking quota , the maximum returns quota that can be purchased is 60. If you have purchased the plan “200 Tracking + 20 Returns,” you can still purchase an additional 40 returns quota through the top-up pack.
