2.3. Language Settings

2.3.1. Setting the Default Language

All information on the tracking page will be displayed in your set default language by priority (the system default is initially English).

You can change the default language or add more language configurations at any time.

2.3.2. Adapt to user language

When enabled, the "Interface Language" and "Tracking Information Language" of the brand tracking page will attempt to automatically match and translate into the language used by the visitor's browser or device.

(Note: In the backend preview, the page usually still displays in English for management purposes.)

2.3.3. Tracking Info Language

If your store supports multiple languages and a customer switches languages within the store, the tracking page language can automatically switch accordingly.

You can add multiple language versions for the tracking page and manually configure fully localized content for each language, including:

Translation of all interface text.

Use of different images for different language versions.

Different links (image links) that images can point to in different language versions.

Important Note: It is recommended to first completely set up all content for one language (e.g., the default language) before adding other languages. Otherwise, after adding a new language, you may not only need to configure content for the new language but also re-check and edit the default language version.

2.4. Tracking Information Language Translation

The display language for tracking information defaults to matching the "Interface Language".

You can enable an independent option to allow users, when viewing Tracking results, to choose from more languages to translate tracking status descriptions, meeting the needs of users of different languages.

IV. Important Operational Reminders

1.Save Settings: After making any custom edits to the brand tracking page, be sure to click the Save button to ensure changes take effect.

2.Plan Features Expiration: After downgrading your plan or when the trial period ends, premium features will be disabled automatically. To ensure your service experience, the default language you have set in the multilingual function will be retained, but further modifications and configurations will no longer be supported.

3.Version Caution and Deletion Operation: If you are a long-term user, the system might have both new version tracking pages and old version tracking pages. Please note:

Deletion is irreversible: Once a brand tracking page (especially an old version) is deleted, it cannot be recovered, and related configurations are permanently lost.

Confirm before proceeding: Before deleting any page, carefully confirm whether the page is no longer needed or if migration to a new page has been completed. Please operate with caution.
