How to Set Up Marketing Components on the Tracking Page? (Upload Images/Videos & Configure Product Recommendations)

With the marketing components on the 17TRACK Tracking Page, you can upload promotional materials and set up product recommendations to effectively boost product visibility and encourage customer repurchases.

1. Upload Marketing Materials (Images/Videos)

You can upload visual materials such as images and videos for promotion on your Tracking Page.

Quantity Limits:

You can add up to 1 Product Recommendation module, 5 videos, and 10 image albums, with each album containing up to 3 images.

Setup Path:

• Go to your Tracking Page.
• Click Customize.
• In the left-hand Sections panel, click Add Section.
• Select the component type you wish to add: Images, Video, or Product Recommendation, then upload your content or proceed with the configuration.

2. Configure the Product Recommendation Feature

The product recommendation feature supports the following three configuration methods. Choose based on your needs:

• Smart Algorithm Recommendations: The system automatically recommends products by analyzing your store's product types and consumer data.
• Manual Selection Recommendations: Manually select up to 10 products from your store to display on the tracking page. They will be shown in a carousel format, displaying 5 at a time.
• Custom Algorithm Integration: Connect your own custom product recommendation algorithm and data via an API interface.
