How to Use iFrame to Embed Branded Tracking Page?


Currently, iFrame embedding of the brand tracking page is only available for Pro plan and above. The trial plan does not include this permission.


  1. Go to Tracking Page and Embed tracking page using iFrame , click Start Setting.



  1. Select the URL to the tracking page to be used.


Currently we support the creation 5 tracking pages for a store, you can choose the which page's code to use.


  • If you want to provide generalized page, without differentiating between specific page, please choose to use a proxy URL. This URL will permanently point to your [current use page/published] tracking page and will not affect the tracking page using an iFrame even if you change the tracking page.



  • If you want to have different tracking page for different store, choose to Use a Specific page variation. This URL can only point to a specific page, if you delete the corresponding page, the iFrame code will be invalidated.



  1. We support fast switching between multiple stores simultaneously. Click on the upper right corner to select the store you wish to modify for quick code embedding.



  1. Copy the iFrame code and embed it in your store.



  1. Permissions
  • If you want the tracking page to be used under all domains, select the first option.
  • If you want the tracking page to be hosted only on allowlisted domain(s), select Only allowlisted domains can host tracking pages using iframes and add the URLs to the allowlist. If you have a store with multiple market, we support configuring wildcards to quickly apply to all markets. For example, adding *.17track.net will allow all subdomains such as shopify.17track.net and api.17track.net.



  1. Multilingual.


  • If your store has a need for multi-language display and your tracking page has been setting with a multi-language , you can pass the corresponding language information to 17TRACK to support matching multi-language.


  • How to achieve: add lang={0} to the address field,“0 ”being the language number.


  • Currently supports the following 33 languages:
