Tracking Page Multilingual Features

To manage the global language display of your Tracking page, you can configure the following three core functions in 「Language Settings」.

1. Adapt to User Language

Once this feature is enabled, the system will automatically identify the visitor's browser language and perform real-time translation matching for the tracking page's interface and logistics information.

• Backend Preview: When previewing in the 17TRACK backend, the page will be fixedly displayed in English for editing purposes.

• Troubleshooting Language Display: If you or your customers report that the language displayed on the tracking page does not match expectations, please first navigate to 17TRACK Backend > Tracking page > Customize > Language Settings to check if this feature is enabled. If it is enabled, the page language will prioritize following the visitor's browser settings, which is the intended behavior.

• Preview Specific Language Effect: If you wish to preview how the page looks in another language (e.g., English) within the backend, you can switch your own browser's default language to the target language and then refresh the page.

2. MULTILINGUAL

The tracking page's language will automatically change when customers switch languages in your store. You can add multiple languages to the tracking page and manually configure localized content (including text, images, image links, etc.).

• Language Support: Supports up to 33 languages.
• Plan Permission: This feature is only available for users on the Pro and Premium plans.
• Trial Period Note: This feature is available during the trial period. Please note that after the trial period ends, if you do not subscribe to any of the aforementioned valid plans, this feature will be automatically disabled, and the tracking page will revert to displaying only the default English.

3. Tracking Info Language

This feature specifically controls the language display of logistics tracking information.

• Default Logic: The tracking info language is consistent with the overall interface language state of the tracking page by default.
• Additional Option: After enabling the "Tracking info language selector", users can manually select more languages on the tracking page to translate logistics updates.
