What if the last-mile tracking number dosen't update?

17TRACK supports displaying last-mile carrier information. After fulfilling the first-mile tracking number, the last-mile carrier information will be automatically matched. (The first-mile carrier is a designated freight forwarder, such as YunTu, Yanwen, 4PX, CNE, Shunyou, Wanbang, Jisu International, Cainiao, and the package status is usually after "in transit".)


If you find that the last-mile tracking is not updated in the Shipments interface, the following situations may occur:


  1. The first-mile carrier has not provided a last-mile tracking number to 17TRACK yet, or the last-mile logistics has not yet tracked the shipment (17TRACK only confirms the last-mile carrier after recognizing the tracking number).


  1. The tracking page editor has hidden the carrier enabled.


Self-check process: First, check if there is a hidden carrier - click on the brand tracking page - custom editing - tracking information - results. Check if hidden carriers are selected; if so, please uncheck them.




If this step of the check is complete and there is still no tracking information, you can check the carrier's website to see if the first-leg carrier has displayed/updated the last-leg tracking number, or if the last-leg logistics still has no tracking information.


If the problem persists, please provide the problematic tracking number and contact online customer service. We will forward the issue to our team for further investigation.
