How is the quota calculated?
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your current plan at any time. You can select a subscription plan based on your actual business needs.Wish you all the best and a prosperous business.
- Package Subscription Process
Log in to your 17TRACK account and click Billing & Plans on the navigation bar.
Select your target package (Basic/Professional) and billing cycle (Monthly/Yearly), then confirm the benefits and price.
Choose a payment method to complete the payment. The package will take effect immediately, and the billing cycle starts on the payment date.
- Basic Billing Rules
First-time Subscription: Fees are deducted immediately upon successful payment, and package benefits take effect synchronously.
Auto-renewal: The system will automatically deduct fees 24 hours before the current billing cycle expires. Upon successful payment, the package benefits will be extended for the next cycle.
Refund Policy: Partial refunds are not supported after the package takes effect. If the package becomes unavailable due to system failures, you may contact customer service to apply for an extension or a refund.
- Package Upgrade Billing Rules
Upgrades are priced based on the new package rate and remaining cycle to calculate the price difference. New package benefits take effect immediately. Specific rules are divided into 3 scenarios:
- Monthly to Monthly Upgrade
Billing Logic: Pay the price difference between the new and old packages multiplied by the ratio of the remaining cycle. The original billing cycle remains unchanged.
Formula: Upgrade Fee = Original Monthly Fee + (New Monthly Fee - Original Monthly Fee) × (Remaining Days ÷ Total Days in the Cycle)
Example: Upgrade from the Basic Plan ($14/month, 30-day cycle) to the Professional Plan ($29/month) on Day 15 of the cycle.
Remaining Days = 30 - 15 = 15 days; Cycle Ratio = 15/30 = 50%
Upgrade Fee = $14 + ($29 - $14) × 50% = $21.5
After upgrade: Enjoy Professional Plan benefits immediately for the remaining 15 days. The plan will auto-renew at $29/month upon expiration.
- Monthly to Yearly Upgrade
Billing Logic: Directly switch to the yearly package. Unused quota of the original monthly package will be cleared by default, and a new 365-day billing cycle starts on the upgrade date.
Example: Upgrade from the Basic Plan ($14/month, 30-day cycle) to the Professional Plan ($23.17/year) on Day 15 of the cycle.
After upgrade: The remaining 15 days of the original monthly package will be cleared. The yearly package takes effect immediately with a 365-day billing cycle.
Special Note: To retain the unused quota: Contact customer service immediately after the upgrade and provide the original package order number. After verification, the customer service team will add the remaining quota (e.g., 15 days of service benefits) to the yearly package, which will be governed by yearly package rules. Applications must be submitted within 5 working days after the upgrade; late applications will not be accepted.
- Yearly to Yearly Upgrade
Billing Logic: Same as the Monthly to Monthly Upgrade rule. The price difference will be calculated based on the remaining days, and new package benefits take effect immediately.
- Package Downgrade Billing Rules
Downgrades do not take effect immediately and will only be applied after the current billing cycle expires. No price difference refunds will be issued. Specific rules are divided into 3 scenarios:
- Monthly to Monthly Downgrade
Billing Logic: Continue to enjoy the benefits of the original premium package for the remaining cycle. The downgraded package will automatically take effect upon expiration.
Example: Downgrade from the Professional Plan ($29/month, 30-day cycle) to the Basic Plan ($14/month) on Day 10 of the cycle.
After application: Retain Professional Plan benefits for the remaining 20 days with no price difference refund.
Post-expiration: The plan will auto-renew at $14/month under the Basic Plan.
- Yearly to Monthly Downgrade
Billing Logic: Continue to enjoy the benefits of the original yearly package for the remaining cycle. The target monthly package will take effect upon expiration, with fees charged on a monthly basis.
Example: Downgrade from the Professional Plan ($23.17/year, 365-day cycle) to the Basic Plan ($14/month) after 100 days of usage.
After application: Retain Professional Plan benefits for the remaining 265 days with no price difference refund.
Post-expiration: The plan will switch to the Basic Plan and auto-renew at $14/month.
- Yearly to Yearly Downgrade
Billing Logic: Same as the Monthly to Monthly Downgrade rule. Continue to enjoy the original premium yearly package benefits for the remaining cycle. The downgraded yearly package will take effect upon expiration.
