How to Set Up an Insufficient Quota Reminder?
To ensure your parcel tracking service is not interrupted by a sudden depletion of your query quota, you can enable the "Insufficient quota reminder" feature. Once enabled, the system will automatically send an email notification when your remaining quota falls below a threshold you set, allowing you to take timely action.
1. What is the Insufficient Quota Reminder?
- Purpose: Provides an early warning via email before your plan's tracking quota is fully used up, reminding you to replenish your quota in time.
- Benefit: Prevents new shipments from failing to track due to exhausted quota, ensuring continuous and stable operation of your service.
2. How to Set It Up
Follow the path below to access the reminder settings:
17TRACK Admin → Billing → Click the ⓘ icon next to 「Tracking Quota」 → Remind me when Tracking Quota is Insufficient soon. → Settings

- Enable the Reminder
- On the settings page, you will see the option: "Whether to turn on email warning notification".
- Toggle the switch to the "Turn on" position.
- Set the Reminder Threshold
- In the "When the quota is less than" input field, set the remaining quota value at which you want the reminder to be triggered.
- Recommendation: Based on your average daily consumption, set a value that gives you sufficient lead time (e.g., 2-3 days) to respond.
- Configure Notification Email
- In the "Send Email to" input field, enter a valid email address to receive the reminder notifications.
