How to Customize the Title and Status Bar Text in the 17TRACK Tracking Information?

17TRACK allows you to customize the title and description of statuses. You can edit the language and use familiar expressions for your target customer countries. Users will see the content you have edited.

Information Received: When your customer's shipping order has been submitted to the carrier and is awaiting pickup and transportation, the system will display an "Information Received" notification to your customer.

Order Pending: When your customer tracked an order that currently has no shipping updates, the system will display an "Order Pending" notification to them.

Not Found: When your customer tracked an order that was not purchased from your store, the system will display an "Not Found" notification to them.

Alert and Delivered: Custom editing is not supported. The tracking results will display the actual reasons.

📌 Note: Since other statuses are already provided and confirmed by 17TRACK official, to avoid conveying inconsistent information to customers after customization, only 3 statuses are supported for customization here: Information Received,Not Found, and Order Pending.
