How to View Your Billing History and Subscription Records

You can directly view all billing records and subscription history related to your 17TRACK plan in your Shopify admin. Follow the steps below:


  1. Access the Billing Page


Log in to your Shopify admin, then navigate to Settings > Billing.







  1. Review Subscription Details


On the Billing page, you can view:


  • Your currently active plan and its next renewal date.
  • Historical subscription records and their corresponding billing cycles.
  • Charge details and payment status for each order.



  1. Obtain an Invoice or Resolve Billing Issues
  • If you need an official invoice, please contact Shopify Support directly.
  • If you have questions about a specific charge, please check the payment details for the 17TRACK order in the relevant bill or contact 17TRACK Customer Support for verification.


💡 Tip: It is recommended to check your billing records regularly to stay informed about your plan usage and manage your subscription status proactively.
