I. How is the Return Quota Calculated?
Return quotas are deducted separately and are calculated differently from the tracking quotas. If you need to process returns, you must first obtain a return quota.
Conversion Unit: 1 return order (1 RMA ID) = 1 return quota.
Scope of Application: Applies to Shopify return orders using the 17TRACK Returns feature.
Deduction Timing: The quota is deducted after each return order is reviewed (either approved or rejected).Few readers
